Wow I can’t believe that it has been over 6 months since I updated this. I guess that I’ve been very busy with school, externship and life in general. Been too busy (i.e. lazy) to update. Nothing really new or notable has happened too me since my last post. I had an externship in SF at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and that was such a wonderful experience. I learned a great deal and met some great people while doing it. I started my second half of culinary education and will still finish on time in October. I am almost ready to put some of my real creations up.

Stay tune for more updates (I promise), I am going to start documented my food creations and hopefully post them up at least once a week.

My last website got a bad malware infection and I had to delete the whole thing. I wasn’t smart enough to make a backup of it so I have to start from scratch. I decided to go with WordPress instead of Joomla! this time because it seems a lot easier to manage. I used Joomla! last time and it was a pain to set up and update.

Right now google has blacklisted me from their indexing and my site has a warning stating that it has malware but be assure that it no longer does. I am in the process of fixing that with google at the moment.

I plan to update this more often than last time so stay tuned. Expect some changes to the template and layout.
