It was a fairly intense course since most of the ingredients used were very foreign to me. I didn’t know that there were so many types of soy sauces used for different purposes. We focused mainly in China, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and India. I think my favorite was Japan because of the intricacies use of empty spaces and props.

I wasn’t smart enough to make a backup of it so I have to start from scratch. I decided to go with WordPress instead of Joomla! this time because it seems a lot easier to manage. I used Joomla! last time and it was a pain to set up and update.

Right now google has blacklisted me from their indexing and my site has a warning stating that it has malware but be assure that it no longer does. I am in the process of fixing that with google at the moment.

I plan to update this more often than last time so stay tuned. Expect some changes to the template and layout.
